Our Company is a Delhi based manufacturing and trading organization having its manufacturing plant of Power Cable raw material at Bhiwadi (Rajasthan), 2nd Unit at Karoli (Rajasthan), 3rd and 4th Unit at Halol Panchmahal, (Gujarat) and also have office at Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi for trading. It is promoted by Mr. Sanjay Bansal, having an experience of more than 20 years in plastic industry.
Our Company was incorporated on August 08, 2003 as a private limited company under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 with Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana in the name of Udhav Fashion Apparels Private Limited. Our Company was taken over by Mr. Sanjay Bansal in the year 2008 from erstwhile promoters and changed its name to AVSL Industries Private Limited.
